It was a spontaneous trip and room was booked by friends very last minute so I could not do research or I would not have stayed. Spent one night and within the first 20 minutes after checking in we found bed bugs. They let us change rooms and we inspected every inch of it yet still ended up bringing them back home which was very infuriating. Also walls are very thin. Got woken up at 7am by other guests in room above that were getting ready to leave. You could hear every step that was being taken. Then once they left and finally was able to fall asleep, got woken up again by housekeeping cleaning and vacuuming the room. Only good thing was knowing we didn’t have to spend any more nights there.
Awful hotel!!! The website I used to book the hotel had reviews that are totally inaccurate! For starters, I came in with several suitcases and there was no elevator. Makes no sense. I was also told I would only be charged for the room when I get to the hotel. That was not true either. I got to the room and stains on ALL the sheets. Yes all the sheets. When I went downstairs, the front desk clerk was very rude as I was expressing my complaints. She stated I could speak to a manager. When I asked for the manager she stated he was not there. So I said then why you offered for me to speak with him. I had to switch rooms. She repeatedly argued that the rooms are clean because the housekeeping marked it down as clean. That’s crazy. I mean I can go on but this was just the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve booked hotels before even through Howard Johnson, but this was just wasn’t it. By the way, the remodel was botched. Paint all over the place, carpet and walls. Stains on Capet and in hallway. Whoever did it did a rush job. Everything about this hotel was all wrong.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rooms are lackluster, bathrooms are outdated. Would not suggest anyone to stay here. AIR BNB has better perks at this price...
We were quite comfortable at this hotel. True it is an older hotel but the rooms were spacious and we spent 3 nights there. It was quiet and the staff was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again.
Very clean. Great service. A small gym. Very yummy continental breakfast. I love this hotel!!!
